Future Urban Structure and Infrastructural Networking for a Palestinian State.

Planning associated to uncertainties may require assumptions to launch.  Within the multi-dimensional case in the Palestinian issue, uncertainties are high. The main objective of the research is to explore challenges of present urban structure and networks toward offering an adequate environment for accommodation of extra population. As predicted in such cases, the network system is to be developed in order to cope with extra population. An evaluation of implementation and development sequence is to be discussed at the end. Answering main quarries in this regard is serving such an objective. Will the Palestinians be able to accommodate a massive amount of returnees to the new state of Palestine with reference to urban place and networks? Is the existing urban structure capable to handle the forecasted influx of returnees and natural growth? What are the settling scenarios and proper networks of the proposed urban structure? Where to “locate” and how to “connect and integrate” expected influx of population within a defined “space” at a specific period of “time” is simply the task.
